Notebook “3”: Relations between public administrations

In the current situation of economic crisis, the so-called Nation-States and their fields of action, already greatly weakened by the markets globalization, seem too small to implement regulatory or supervisory frameworks in the face of a worldwide economy in crisis, therefore, not only projects for the “regionalization” of economic, social and political relations are being produced, but also attempts to create global organizations with the capacity to elaborate and implement shared decisions, following the “Bretton- Woods agreements ” resulting from the 1929 crisis.
