Under the subject “Negotiation” or “Law Unplugged”, the CNM provides IE University undergraduate students training in understanding conflict, its management and the various mechanisms to resolve it.

Following our own methodology, students are invited to participate in role-play exercises where they simulate real cases, negotiate in front of their classmates and professors and learn the conclusions drawn from these situations.

The CNM teaches the subject of “Negotiation” in practically all postgraduate programmes at IE University.  In particular, CSG-CNP, EMBA, EMBA Blended, EMIT, EXMIF, GMBA, GOMBA, GPDGMEX, GXMBA, IEBEXMBA, IMBA, LLM ELECTIVES, LLMPWC, MAB, MAJP, MBARCH MDT, MIAF, MIM, SAMBA.

With an eminently practical methodology, through role-playing exercises, students tackle from the very start practical negotiation cases, both bilateral negotiations and more complex multilateral ones.
